"The declarations of Mr Welch are a new attempt aimed at increasing the morale of anti-Syrian forces who are opposed to the stability of Lebanon," said a Syrian official, quoted by the state news agency Sana.

The only people opposed to the stability of Lebanon are the Syrians and their left-over lapdogs in Lebanon. This statement is a load of bullshit.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL, Abu Makluba. Welcome to my site.

Thanks for such an enlightened comment. It just proves the theory that people who can't attack intelligently, attacke personally. :) If you have a problem with my politics or you think you can teach me something that may change my attitude, please feel free too.

If you go back in my archives, you will find articles where the Lebanese opposition and the Lebanese government take serious hits from me. I do blame Syria for a lot but don't think that I think all Lebanese politicians are innocent. Emile Lahoud, Elias Murr, etc. They are Lebanese and they are garbage.

If you have ever read anything I write as a commment on Lebanese politicians, you will notice I am not exactly friendly. I think that they are leading the Lebanese down a path we have been led down before and that is wrong. :)

Again, welcome to my site. Feel free to comment on anything you want but please leave intelligent comments like the last one you left. Insulting me makes me laugh and doubt your intelligence.

I have to laugh when muslims from Canada and the U.S. argue about "their" countries half a world away...

I know. Funny isn't it? But who said that everyone who visits my site is Muslim? Most Muslim commentators send me hate mail. Kind of like you do.

Ali, thanks so much for commenting again and you are right. I don't usually read Al Diyar because I don't know how to find it on line. Now that I do, I will.

Thanks again.
